Through our due diligence property inspection we are able to connect and qualify the owners visions and goals for the property with a program budget that accurately reflects realistic costs, in order to determine a successful renovation program.

Our due diligence focuses on identifying the owner’s goals objectives risks budget formulations, scheduling scope of work design and renovation. We advise the owner investors of the projects details which include any potential Risks, thorough on-site inspections/Preconstruction identifying all aspects and components of a project.

Our in-house design management team oversees all the design components of re-positioning your property which includes exterior/interior paint selections, exterior building (facade) surfaces, property signage monument signage interior design of your leasing center, public function rooms, interior apartment finishes, Hardware selection, Appliance package selection, laundry facilities design, landscaping amenities upgrade packages.

Marketing

Our marketing materials includes a press kit package (brochure, business card, door hangers, billboards, advertisement and professional trade magazines/directories and a professionally designed website. Implementation of social media outreach and more.
