My Story

Originally from St. Croix US Virgin Islands is where Keith's passion for building and development began. Keith is a seasoned  project manager, developer and builder. He brings 33 years of construction experience to every project he manages: from land development, multifamily development/acquisitions, new home construction and turn key remodeling. In 2004, New Orleans, LA Keith J. Dodge Sr., the company's President and CEO, started KJD Development & Renovation a residential remodeling company. In 2008 - some years later incorporated as Dodge Enterprises, Inc. DBA KJD Development & Renovation  and expanded into the home construction market in Atlanta GA. Due to the company's rapid growth and high demand, especially in the multifamily industry, Mr. Dodge was compelled to form another division of the company that specifically focuses on Build-to-Rent, multifamily development/aquisitions, ground up construction, and single family development.
